Pricing FAQ

Before you buy.

How much will it cost?

Prices are announced at launch. The plan is set: one subscription, monthly or yearly, that covers your Macs on the local network and from anywhere.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. 14 days with everything included, and no card needed to start.

Do I pay for each Mac I watch?

No. MacPeek, including the part that answers the console, is free on every Mac. The subscription includes 5 Macs; each Mac beyond that is a small extra.

Is MacPeek still free?

Yes. MacPeek stays free and open source under the MIT license, on every Mac, whether or not you subscribe.

Do I need an account?

For the console, yes: you sign in with a passkey, an email code, Apple or Google, and your Macs, settings and history follow you to every device. The Macs you watch never sign in to anything. What syncs is end-to-end encrypted: our servers route and store it but cannot read it or reach your Macs.

What about teams?

A Teams plan, with members, roles, a shared workspace and an exportable activity log, comes after launch.
